In 1962 Harrilall Bhajan commenced learning real estate agency with Omar Joosub & Dadabhay in Durban. After gaining the required knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry Harrilall Bhajan started his own real estate agency as the proprietor of Haritha Agencies from humble beginnings operating at his home to establishing an office in Durban in 1975 at which address the business has remained. The success of the business lies in the personal service extended to each client, be it the property owner or the tenant, striving to act in the interest of both. Our clients vary from individual owners to professionals, corporates and multinationals, who in some cases spans four generations. Harrilall Bhajan has five decades (soon to be six) of experience in the real estate industry.
